I'm having issues registering for Energia Extra

If you are experiencing difficulties registering for Energia Extra please make sure firstly that your account number is correct (if you are a Dual Fuel customer, you can use either account number). You can locate your account number on the top right hand corner of your bill and welcome letters.

If you are a new Energia customer, you may experience difficulties registering for the first 7 working days. After this time you should be able to successfully register.

If you still have no luck, please email or call our Care team on 1850 405 405 and we will be able to resolve your account registration issue as quickly as possible.
