I'm having issues registering for Energia Extra

If you are experiencing difficulties registering for Energia Extra please make sure firstly that your account number is correct (if you are a Dual Fuel customer, you can use either account number). You can locate your account number on the top right hand corner of your bill and welcome letters.

If you are a new Energia customer, you may experience difficulties registering for the first 7 working days. After this time you should be able to successfully register.

If you still have no luck, please email homeenquiries@energia.ie or call our Care team on 1850 405 405 and we will be able to resolve your account registration issue as quickly as possible.
