If you wish to delete your Energy Online account which can be used on the Energia Energy Online app and website, please fill in the account deletion form below and our Care team will follow up to let you know when it has been deleted.

• By removing or deleting your online account, this does not deactivate or close your electricity or gas account with us.
• By removing your online account, this will also affect your online discount that is attributed to your bill for being an online-paperless customer.
• By removing your online account, you will loose access to your historic bills, letters, energy usage data and timely rewards and offers.
