These payments are then credited off your next bill

Payments can be made with a debit or credit card. This is a handy way to build up credit, so you're not hit with the full bill all at once. This is particularly useful in advance of winter to avoid ‘bill shock’ during and after the colder months.

Note: If you are a variable rate direct debit customer, FastPay allows for advance payment only. Please do not use FastPay to pay a bill that has already been issued as the direct debit will lift the full bill amount.
