Energy Engage Code of Practice

Energia is signed up to Ireland's Energy Engage Code therefore commiting to never disconnecting an engaging customer.

This Code sets out how Energia and some other Energy Suppliers aim to help their Customers, and in particular those in arrears, and provide them with the appropriate support they need to manage their energy use and costs. This Code also explains how Suppliers will work with domestic Customers both in arrears and at risk of disconnection. The aim of the EEC is to ensure that domestic Customers engage with their Supplier and disconnection is therefore avoided. You can read the Energy Engage Code in full here.
