If you are receiving bills based on estimated meter readings, please submit a meter reading by:

1. Submitting here on Energy Online. You will be reminded on your billing dashboard under the billing tab, if your meter reading window is open. You will also receive an email every two months with this reminder. You can then submit your reading by clicking through your reminder on the billing dashboard.
