• Monthly Direct debit known as Level Pay

If you are paying by Monthly Direct Debit (Level Pay) you will still receive a bill every 2 months as usual but your fixed Direct Debit amount will be taken out each month on your agreed date to contribute to your bill.

• Bi-monthly Direct Debit

If you pay by Bi-monthly Direct Debit (full bill amount every 2 months) you will receive your bill in advance of your payment being made. Payment is usually taken 14 days after the date on the bill. Payment due date is noted on the right corner of your bill.
