I have not received a bill but a Direct Debit payment was deducted from my bank account?
- Monthly Direct Debit
If you are paying by Monthly Direct Debit (equal monthly payments) your monthly payment will be taken from your bank account on your chosen payment date each month but you’ll only receive a bill once every 2 months.
- Bi-monthly Direct Debit
If you are paying by Bi-monthly Direct Debit (full bill amount every 2 months) you should receive your bill before any payment is taken from your bank account. Please call us on 0818 405 405 if you have not received your bill, or check your online account if you have opted to be an online billing customer and go paperless.
