What happens if I miss a Direct Debit payment?
If you miss a Direct Debit payment we will let you know and request that you make a payment within 5 working days in order to remain on Direct Debit.
Unfortunately, if no payment is received after 5 days and you do happen to miss a payment, the discount associated with your Direct Debit will be cancelled.
