What if I have multiple properties under one account?
If you are a COT (Change of Tenancy) customer ie. you have moved to a new home and stayed with Energia or if you have moved into a home that was supplied by Energia - your multiple properties will have separate account IDs. In the 'My Account' section you can simply select to view the properties or accounts linked to you.
However if you have not gone through the COT process, multiple linked accounts will not be available to you in your Energy Online account.
