To view your energy consumption, go to 'My usage' from the navigation on the top of your screen if you are on a desktop computer. If you are on a mobile device, go to My Account and select Usage. You will then be able to see your energy use in terms of units, cost and carbon emissions.

You will also be able to compare your usage with last year and also with a house of similar size to your own. Please ensure that you have updated the premises details section in the 'My Details' section to indicate the size of your house and number of occupants to enable use of the comparison tool.
