Once your direct debit has been setup successfully, you will receive a welcome email. If you registered for Dual Fuel, you will receive a separate email to confirm when the other direct debit is set up.

Confirmation of your SEPA direct debit mandate will be with you shortly after this in the post. When you receive this, please check your bank details are correct and let us know if you need to change anything.
