What if I wish to make an additional payment to clear the balance on my account?

As a Direct Debit customer and per the Direct Debit agreement we will debit your bank account as follows:

  • Monthly Direct Debit – as per your prearranged amount
  • Bi-monthly Direct Debit – as per your bill amount

Only if required, additional payments can be made by using a debit or credit card via our handy online service Fastpay.
